I wanted to share with you the card I made and sent to all my customers in April. When my customers purchase Stampin' Up! products in my online store, or take one of my online classes, I always send them a "Thank You" card made by me!
This is the design I came up with for April. I love the Pool Party with the Whisper White. I think this card would be so beautiful as a wedding card. It would, of course need a little sprucing up!
My customers are so very important to me. I feel like I know them, and we are friends. They e-mail such nice encouraging words, nice compliments, or just check in to say a quick hello.
I love papering them and showing them just how much they mean to me. There is a lot of hard work that goes into running your own business. Designing the cards, planning classes, making videos, hosting local events, well I think you get the picture. I would not be able to do this without the support of my customers.
I started out with by choosing my color combination and then just went from there. I knew in my head how I wanted it to look. Well, it didn't look so nice with the Whisper White heart on top of plain Whisper White cardstock. Thats when I decided to use one of my favorite embossing folders, Petal Burst. I love, love, love this embossing folder.
I finished it off by adding the Pool Party ribbon. This ribbon is no longer available. I had not used it much so took the opportunity to use it on this card. It's so beautiful, I could not help myself.
