A Christmas Story

I can't even begin to tell you all how excited I am today.  I am going to my husband's Christmas party for his work.  He has worked for the same company for 31 years!  We go to this little town that is amish country.  There is a very nice restaurant there and they have a round barn theatre.  The play we will see before our Christmas dinner is, A Christmas Story.

 We kind of have a family tradition in my house.  I have been doing this since my boy's were very, very little.  We get up on Christmas morning and I start the preparations for our family Christmas dinner.  I turn on the t.v. in our kitchen, put it on the channel that plays, A Christmas Story, and I watch (or listen to it) over, and over, and over, all day long!  It's all they play on that channel for the WHOLE day!

 I will try and post pictures after it is over but I don't think I am allowed to take pictures during the play :(.

 You'll shoot your eye out kid!

    I hope you have a wonderful time, you deserve it. I love A Christmas Story and try to watch the movie every year. Sounds like lots of fun.

    I had the best time today Diane! We loved the play. When the play was over we headed into the restaurant to have our Christmas dinner. It had just started to snow when we arrived for the play. When the play was over and we walked outside it was just beautiful! We were lucky and got a window seat inside the restaurant and it was so beautiful to sit there and watch the snow as we enjoyed our dinner. It was a perfect day.
